Markymoose in Big Sky

I started this blog in 2009, when my wife, Jackie and my oldest son, Andrew went to Kenya for 5 weeks. I wrote about my life in Big Sky while they were away. I wrote about my trip to Israel with my middle son, Micah in 2010. I wrote intermittently as time passed and then I just stopped. Friends of mine often said, Mark is someone who has to write, but life, work, family, took over. Now I am compelled to write again. My life turned upside down in September 2016 when I was diagnosed with ALS.

Family Outing to YNP

we flew the boys in for the weekend
they arrived Saturday afternoon
we hung around the house
Sunday at 2pm during the rain
we left for Yellowstone National Park
when we got there it was sunny
we drove to Old Faithful
walked towards Daisy
but didn't get there in time

it's been great to have them home
we had a wonderful day in the park
Andrew and Micah leave today
