We arrived in Boulder today around 2:30, went straight to Andy and Liz's house, no one was there, Liz was out getting the kids from school... and then they walked in the door and there we were in their house...let the fun begin!

I started this blog in 2009, when my wife, Jackie and my oldest son, Andrew went to Kenya for 5 weeks. I wrote about my life in Big Sky while they were away. I wrote about my trip to Israel with my middle son, Micah in 2010. I wrote intermittently as time passed and then I just stopped. Friends of mine often said, Mark is someone who has to write, but life, work, family, took over. Now I am compelled to write again. My life turned upside down in September 2016 when I was diagnosed with ALS.
